Kite Festival

It was the day of the first kite festival in our town. Every body is so excited. Some would be glad to registered join the kite flying contest, while some would prefer to just sit back and watch the contest. It was a sunny day and at the same time windy. The contest started at around three o’clock in the afternoon. All of the participants were standing in the ground and they all look very excited. I enjoyed watching the colorful and large kite. The bright light of the sun even make the colorful kite more beautiful. At first there are fifty participants, after the elimination round there are only twenty participants left. Each of the twenty participants was chosen by the judges.

The next round of elimination started, only ten participants were chosen to advance in the final round. There was a short brake before the final round started. It is a nice opportunity for the audience to buy some snacks and get ready for the main event. I bought a potato chips and the seller gave me a flyers with some Dinner Recipes at each pages.

The final round started. The ten participants started flying their wonderful kites. Each of them has their own tricks and exhibition to make the judges notice them. One participant really caught my attention. He was flying a large kite with many colors and in the end, he was chosen as the winner. All the audiences were clapping their hands and I really had a great time.

Gift for My Father

My mother ordered me to the mall. She asks me to withdraw money from the bank that is place in the mall. She gives me an authorization papers so that I can withdraw the money besides with that she also orders to buy our groceries in the supermarket.

When I arrived at the mall I made right away her task.I go to the bank to withdraw the value of money that my mother ordered me, after that I go the supermarket to buy all the things that we need in our house. I still have time so I rested first and besides before I leave I asks the permission of my mother if I can have window shopping if I am done in my task and she said yes. I go to the department store to find gift for my father one week from now is her 60^th birthday, so I need to find gift for him. While I’m looking for something I saw a flannel night shirt of different sizes and the textile is soft, it is made by good quality of cloth, I’m sure that anyone who wore this shirt will feel comfortable. I took the flannel night shirt right away and I pay it in the counter. I have now my gift for my father.

My Cousin as a Collector

When I’ve saw the collection of my cousin, who was a collector of Motorola Cell Phone Batteries, Cell Phone Batteries and even Blackberry Faceplates, I was amazed from what I’ve been seen. Because I found a lot of cell phone batteries that stored to his cabinet, and I’ve asked my him why he was collecting too many cell phone batteries even he doesn’t use every one of them, and he replies that the collecting these kinds of cell phones batteries can bring a peace of mind to him than anything can’t do. Of course this is the weirdest answers that I’ve heard in my entire life, because I am still confused about it. Probably, that I am not a collector of something; as a result I am having some difficulties on understanding even a simple matter like this one.
